Silver Anodized

The Faded is the most affordable way onto the Steadfast system. It uses the same billet 6061 aluminum bar as the rest of the line, finished in a durable silver anodize with a worn-in, satin look. There is no mirror plating or applied coating, so the price reflects the hardware and its function rather than the finish.

The Steadfast Stopbar™ is the world's first string-locking tailpiece. Strings are installed in reverse: the ball end seats at the tuning post and the free end locks at the bar under a set screw. This removes most of the winding from a restring and cuts restring time by up to 75%.

Because each string locks at the bar instead of winding around the post, it holds tension as you come to pitch and stays put through bends and heavy playing. It delivers the same locking performance as every Steadfast bar, and installs as a direct drop-in on two-stud, top-mount guitars with no routing or modification.
