Green Anodized

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that builds color into the surface of the aluminum rather than laying a coating over it. Because the color is part of the metal, it will not chip, flake, or peel like paint or powder coat, and it resists wear and corrosion. The finish is a deep green with a slight metallic tone.

The Steadfast Stopbar™ is the world's first string-locking tailpiece. Strings are installed in reverse: the ball end seats at the tuning post and the free end locks at the bar under a set screw. This removes most of the winding from a restring and cuts restring time by up to 75%.

Because each string locks at the bar instead of winding around the post, it holds tension as you come to pitch and stays put through bends and heavy playing. It is a direct drop-in on two-stud, top-mount guitars, with no routing or modification required.
